We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Administrative & Social Media Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the organization.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other activities.

  • Set up Zoom meetings and share meeting links and relevant information with participants.

  • Help coordinate communication with participants, partners, and community members.

  • Support the organization of WhatsApp groups and other communication channels.

  • Assist with coordinating upcoming programs, events, and training sessions.

  • Help keep schedules, tasks, and organizational activities organized and on track.

  • Take administrative tasks off the founder's plate so she can focus on fundraising and organizational growth.

  • Schedule social media posts using the organization's scheduling tools.

  • Prepare and organize content according to an established posting schedule.

  • Understand how content will appear on platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Assist with basic social media coordination and organization.

  • Follow existing content and posting guidelines provided by the organization.

  • Work closely with the organization’s founder to understand priorities and upcoming needs.

  • Take initiative in identifying administrative tasks that can be handled independently.

  • Maintain clear communication and follow through on assigned tasks.

  • Adapt responsibilities as the organization grows and additional support is needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 Year of experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, coordinator, or similar role.

  • Some hands-on experience with social media management or scheduling.

  • Basic understanding of how posts appear on platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Experience scheduling meetings and working with tools such as Zoom.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction and feedback.

  • Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable working in a flexible, evolving nonprofit environment.

  • English: C1 or equivalent professional proficiency.

It's a plus:

  • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations, community programs, education, or mission-driven organizations.

  • Experience managing WhatsApp groups or online communities.

  • Experience coordinating virtual events, trainings, or programs.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and similar productivity tools.

  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position part- time (10H/W) varies from (USD) $200 - $300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
