Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer (Java) to join its innovative team.


Project Responsibilities

• Support the development team with daily development tasks and assigned tickets.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Develop, customize, and maintain software applications and internal systems.
• Assist with bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze business and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Monitor and maintain software applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing CRM systems and internal tools.


Candidate's Portrait

We are looking for a mid-level software engineer with a solid academic background in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of commercial software development experience.

The ideal candidate has strong Java expertise and hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with GitLab, including CI/CD processes, and working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA is essential.

You are a collaborative team player who communicates effectively, takes ownership of assigned tasks, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. You value clean, maintainable code and thrive in an environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.


Must-have Qualifications

Important: Local (Cypriot) developer or a Greek-speaking specialist with a good command of English.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Experience working with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience using JIRA for task management.
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and GitLab CI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support fellow developers.


Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Experience with Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Experience working with Docker containers.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic or PHP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.


Language Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Greek: Professional working proficiency.
