The Opportunity

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role resides within the Customer Engineering (CE) organization and provides proactive technical guidance to help our enterprise customers maximize the value and performance of their Adobe Digital Experience solutions. TAMs work closely with customers’ technical teams to remove blockers, improve product adoption, and ensure that Adobe’s products are aligned with customers’ business goals.

As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) intern, you’ll join this dynamic team to tackle real business challenges. Each intern will own a special project, such as building an AI-based tool, automating customized customer communications, improving internal workflows, or creating a dashboard to define and measure program success metrics. By the end of the summer, you will have contributed to an impactful project while learning from experienced TAMs as well as CE leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Learn about how Customer Engineering fits into the equation and work on a special project to address a real business challenge.

  • Learn about the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud and how our customers utilize the solutions to deliver personalized and meaningful experiences for their customers.

  • Deliver at least one hallmark output related to your special project(s)

  • Present your findings and recommendations to Customer Engineering leaders

​What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027

  • Available to participate in a full-time internship from May to September 2026

  • Passion for improving the customer experience

  • Proven interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, or analytics through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas optimally both verbally and in writing; ability to deliver compelling presentations

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly

  • Proactive mindset: able to take initiative and dig into real business challenges

  • Openness to feedback and commitment to learning and growth

  • Resilience under pressure with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
