Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated emerging talent to participate in a 10-week immersive internship program from June 8, 2026, to August 14, 2026. This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.

The Market Intelligence and Strategy internship will be involved in establishing a centralized market intelligence framework to provide continuous, data-driven orientation for all Lines of Business (LOBs).

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and centralize existing internal data and external industry reports for the designated Line of Business (LOB)
  • Build a comprehensive database of competitors, including their product offerings, pricing structures, and recent strategic moves
  • Monitor industry publications, regulatory filings, and news cycles to identify emerging signals that impact the market landscape

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university in marketing, business administration, or related field; junior standing by fall 2026
  • Baseline understanding of how companies generate value, manage costs, and maintain competitor knowledge
  • Knowledge of supply and demand drivers, pricing power, etc.
  • Comfort with basic financial concepts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Energized by ambiguity and the challenge of defining a lens where none currently exists
  • Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion

 Preferences:

  • Previous internship, coursework, or project experience

Hourly Pay Range: $23.50-$30.00 per hour

*Hourly rate determined by academic year, college major, line of business, geography
