About this opportunity:
We are now looking for Back office L2 Engineer- PS Core who will handle and operate on a large scale "PS Core network Infrastructure" by performing all level-2 operation activities plus creating internal knowledge bases sessions for information sharing purposes
What you will do
  • Fault management including TT handling and fault localization within SLA
  • DT MOP Preparation and CR Implementation
  • Configuration activities for new services
  • Incident recovery within SLA
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Network configuration audits
  • Nodes SW updates and Upgrades
  • Acceptance test for newly introduced nodes and services
  • 1st level operation engineers' performance during shift time and share the knowledge and proper guidelines to assure their work quality and process consistency

You will bring
  • +3 years of proven experience in PS Core network operations and maintenance as Second-Level Operations.
  • BSc. in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Communication and Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of 3GPP standards and related protocols.
  • Clear understanding for PS Core network nodes Configuration and troubleshooting (SGSN, GGSN, ePDG / WMG, vEPC (vMME/SGSN, vSGW/PGW))
  • Clear understanding of Network topology and its various interfaces (S1, S5, S10, S11, Gx, Gy, Ga etc)
  • Clear understanding of DPI solutions Configuration and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of virtualization and cloud-native technologies.
  • Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Good to have knowledge in IP Network - Routing and Switching
