About the Role

Playersense is seeking a highly skilled 3D Graphics Developer with strong experience in modern web-based 3D engines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record building visually compelling, interactive 3D experiences, along with a portfolio demonstrating advanced graphics programming, animation, and visual effects work.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, performant 3D scenes, animations, and interactions using engines such as Babylon.js or Three.js.

  • Implement visual effects, shaders, lighting, and materials to enhance overall user experience.

  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineers to translate concepts and specifications into 3D visual implementations.

  • Optimize 3D assets, rendering performance, and loading times.

  • Troubleshoot and debug 3D rendering, animation, and performance issues.

  • Stay updated on emerging 3D graphics trends, tooling, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Babylon.js, Three.js, or similar WebGL-based 3D engines.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in 3D graphics programming, animation systems, and real-time rendering.

  • Experience with shaders (GLSL), materials, lighting, and GPU optimization.

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.

  • Proven ability to create visually engaging 3D experiences.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D graphics work is mandatory.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with physics engines, particle systems, or procedural animation.

  • Familiarity with game development pipelines or real-time interactive media.

  • Background in UX/UI for 3D environments.

  • Experience integrating 3D content into web applications (React, Next.js, etc.).
