Position Responsibilities:
- Commit Program to business considerations and delta work statement that facilitates delivering aircraft
- Additional work statement (flights, inspections, configuration changes, customer unique requests, photo sessions, remote deliveries, storage, etc.
- Engineering investigations, warranty extensions
- Additional parts, removals and replacement of parts
- Lead dialog with Customer to acceptance of their aircraft
- Ensure alignment with BCA leaders
- Make decisions to ensure delivery in a 24/7 environment
- Document the Program commitment for delivery schedule dates
- Program representative in the commitment of delivery exceptions
- Support resolution of customer requests concerning configuration, logistic support, or other concerns
- Develop and foster relationships with the customer acceptance teams
- Provide customer insight as an input to the delivery date commitment and/or issues resolution (e.g. financing, contractual, customs, regulatory)
- Program representation in assessment and concurrence to the scheduling of discretionary production testing (EWAs)
- Stay aware of production status and risks/issues management as an aircraft approaches delivery event.
- Provide production status and risk/issue information to Sales and Contracts
- Document authorization of aircraft storage activity
- Support paint operations in issue resolution and improvement initiatives
- Support Delivery Centers as requested in efforts related to Safety, rate readiness, management metrics, and improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience with Schedule Integration Skills
- Experience with Airplane and Flight Ops Acumen
- Experience with Regulatory Agency Requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 5: 10+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience with Operational Knowledge of International Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience working with airline customers
- Executive presentation skills
