As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, assess, and secure talented individuals to fill job openings within our organization. You will play a crucial role in building a skilled and diverse workforce by identifying suitable candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be essential in engaging with both candidates and hiring managers to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that accurately represent the role and company culture.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for present and future staffing needs.
  2. Candidate Evaluation and Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
    • Conduct initial screenings through phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and organization.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and ensure alignment on job requirements.
  3. Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Provide candidates with detailed information about the interview process, company values, and expectations.
    • Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate informed decision-making.
  4. Candidate Experience:

    • Create a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process.
    • Communicate promptly and effectively with candidates, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates on their application status.
  5. Collaboration and Consultation:

    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
    • Advise hiring managers on best practices in candidate evaluation and selection.
    • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.
  6. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
    • Facilitate salary and benefit negotiations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
    • Ensure a smooth transition of candidates into the onboarding process.
  7. Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and equal opportunity practices.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals.
