The Research Assistant to CEO will enhance the CEO's productivity through research, content creation, social media management, and engagement with executives, ensuring effective communication and driving business development.
Intetics is seeking a Research Assistant to CEO to act as an extension of the CEO, leveraging his social media presence and professional networks to drive business development. This role is not administrative support; it is a strategic and content-driven position for a highly capable, tech-savvy professional.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
- Maximize the CEO’s productivity by protecting and optimizing his time.
- Conduct in-depth research on business and technology topics using Gen AI, online resources, and other tools.
- Engage professionally with C-level executives and navigate corporate communications effectively.
- Create high-quality written content: posts, articles, e-books, and more.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, professional networks, and memberships.
- Drive lead generation via social media and targeted content distribution.
- Attend online conferences/webinars and deliver concise, insightful summaries.
- Negotiate with service providers and coordinate relevant services.
- Apply advanced social media expertise to enhance brand visibility.
- Use modern Gen AI tools, including for avatar-based video production.
- Perform basic web vibe coding tasks when needed.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, even on repetitive tasks.
- Exceptional written and spoken English (German is a plus).
- Strong analytical (IQ) and interpersonal (EQ) skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Proven experience in social media management, business research, and professional communications.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and automation.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and spoken English (C1+)
Ability to craft high-quality written content (posts, articles, reports) and communicate professionally with C-level executives. Flawless grammar, clarity, and tone are a must. - Proven experience supporting executive leadership (3+ years)
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and protect the time, priorities, and communications of a CEO or other top executive. - Hands-on expertise with Gen AI tools
Confident use of modern AI solutions for content creation, research, automation, and avatar-based video production. Curiosity and adaptability in experimenting with new tools. - Strong digital and social media skills
Experience managing and growing personal or brand profiles (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.), creating targeted content, and driving lead generation through social channels. - High autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to operate independently, handle a wide range of tasks without supervision, and maintain high-quality output — even with repetitive or complex assignments. - Excellent research and analytical skills
Capacity to quickly absorb and synthesize complex business and tech topics, summarize key insights, and support strategic decision-making.
