About the Role

As the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager at Kustomer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a modern Account-Based Marketing program that delivers highly personalized buying experiences for our priority accounts. Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll partner closely with Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to create and execute targeted programs that drive engagement, influence pipeline, and accelerate revenue across our enterprise segment.

You'll be responsible for: 

  • Partnering with Digital, Field Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to develop targeted ABM programs that engage champions, influencers, and executive decision-makers within key accounts.

  • Owning end-to-end enterprise ABM program execution, including strategy, goal setting, budgeting, account selection/list management, campaign planning, asset development, follow-up orchestration, and reporting.

  • Executing multi-channel ABM campaigns against top global accounts, leveraging both 1:1 and 1:few programs.

  • Collaborating with Sales and BDRs to ensure coordinated outreach, account insights, and program alignment throughout the funnel.

  • Using data to monitor performance, surface insights, and optimize campaigns to increase engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion.

  • Testing and evolving ABM tactics over time to continuously improve how we identify, reach, and influence target accounts.

Your qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demand generation and/or field marketing experience within B2B SaaS.

  • Strong verbal, written, and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Deep experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar ABM and marketing automation platforms (strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling ABM programs and implementing a modern enterprise marketing playbook.

  • Ability to strategically evolve ABM tactics over time, balancing experimentation with repeatable processes.

  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns that directly drive pipeline, including list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized landing pages, account-based ads, direct mail, paid social, and other modern ABM channels.
