About Fundamental

Fundamental is an AI company pioneering the future of enterprise decision-making. Founded by DeepMind alumni, Fundamental has developed NEXUS – the world's most powerful Large Tabular Model (LTM) – purpose-built for the structured records that actually drive enterprise decisions. Backed by world class investors and trusted by Fortune 100 companies, Fundamental unlocks trillions of dollars of value by giving businesses the Power to Predict.

At Fundamental, you'll work on unprecedented technical challenges in foundation model development and build technology that transforms how the world's largest companies make decisions. This is your opportunity to be part of a category-defining company from the ground-up. Join the team defining the future of enterprise AI.

About the role

We’re looking for a ABM Manager to help orchestrate how Fundamental reaches high-priority prospects, nurtures high-value clients and engages audiences across conferences, executive events, private dinners, targeted campaigns, and broader go-to-market initiatives.

This is not a traditional demand generation role focused purely on campaign execution. We’re looking for someone highly strategic and commercially minded who can connect the dots across events, content, leadership activity, sales priorities, industry moments, and account targeting to create highly coordinated ABM programs that drive awareness, relationships, and pipeline.

You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, events, sales, leadership, and design to ensure Fundamental consistently shows up in front of the right people, at the right time, with the right narrative.

What You'll Do
  • Build and orchestrate strategic account-based marketing programs aligned to major conferences, executive events, sponsorships, launches, and industry moments

  • Partner closely with the Events team to maximize the impact of conferences, dinners, hosted experiences, and field activations before, during, and after events

  • Develop targeted outreach and engagement strategies for key accounts, industries, executives, and buying groups

  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, content, direct outreach, gifting, and executive engagement

  • Help shape highly personalized campaigns and materials tailored to specific accounts, industries, and strategic opportunities

  • Work closely with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and identify high-value opportunities for engagement

  • Collaborate with content, design, and leadership teams to develop branded reports, insights pieces, campaign assets, executive invitations, and supporting materials

  • Ensure campaigns feel coordinated, premium, and aligned with the Fundamental brand

  • Identify creative opportunities to generate attention and engagement around key industry moments and events

  • Track campaign effectiveness, engagement signals, pipeline influence, and account progression

  • Coordinate with internal marketing operations resources to execute campaigns across platforms and systems

  • Help build scalable ABM playbooks and processes as the company grows internationally

Must have
  • 5+ years of experience in ABM, strategic marketing, field marketing, enterprise marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles

  • Strong understanding of enterprise account-based marketing and high-touch GTM motions

  • Ability to think strategically while also being highly execution-oriented

  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of enterprise sales cycles

  • Experience orchestrating campaigns around conferences, executive events, sponsorships, or strategic industry moments

  • Exceptional organizational and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong communication and storytelling instincts

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity

  • Collaborative, proactive, and low-ego

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards across campaigns and experiences

Nice to have
  • Experience in AI, infrastructure, enterprise software, developer tools, or data platforms

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with strategic account engagement

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools

  • Experience developing executive-level marketing experiences and personalized outreach

  • Experience working globally across North America, Europe, and APAC

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with salary and equity

  • Comprehensive health coverage for you and your dependents, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K

  • Paid parental leave for all new parents, inclusive of adoptive and surrogate journeys

  • Relocation support for employees moving to join the team in one of our office locations

  • A mission-driven, low-ego culture that values diversity of thought, ownership, and bias toward action
