## Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Academic Coordinator to join our team. This role involves leading and managing approximately 100 students and overseeing 10-12 tutors to ensure student progress and the achievement of milestones and targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have the ability to inspire both students and tutors.
## Responsibilities
* Oversee the academic progress of approximately 100 students.
* Manage and support a team of 10-12 tutors.
* Ensure that educational milestones and targets are met.

## Qualifications
