Join Revive Media to help advertisers across the country scale their localized Connected TV advertising. Our business is growing rapidly and we’re in the midst of transforming from a services agency to a product-led business with our new native platform. The platform is live with external partners and we're expanding its reach - this role will help drive broader adoption, improve the experience for existing users, and scale usage across new channels and customers.

We are a small, remote-first team of high-performing professionals with diverse backgrounds located across many time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia. We prioritize asynchronous communication and documentation but come together as a team to solve hard problems.

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated Account Associate to join our team. As an Account Associate, you are passionate about learning the media landscape, understanding the business drivers that improve performance, and the range of features on Amazon's DSP that enable them. You play a key role on the account team, ensuring the team always exceeds its standards of delivering excellence to its customers.

You possess strong attention to detail, and will stop at nothing to leave no stone unturned; you have an eye for process and improvement while always seeking efficiency; you have excellent time management skills and like to take immediate action when tasks come through. You are an independent self-starter who can successfully work remotely and find accomplishment by helping others.

This role owns proposals and day-to-day management of our lower-tier client accounts, working closely with account managers and senior leads to keep campaigns on track. It's a strong starting point for someone who wants to build toward more senior, client-facing work - you'll have the opportunity to learn from and grow with a dynamic, hard-working, tight-knit team.

Responsibilities
  • Become an Amazon DSP expert
  • Facilitate and execute tasks involved with digital campaign management such as:
    • Media planning, campaign setup, and ad trafficking; quality assurance and troubleshooting; monitoring client performance and delivery; reporting and analytics; billing and budgeting
  • Draft and craft proposals from inbound leads for account managers and senior leads
  • Own day-to-day management of smaller accounts, including client communication and campaign QA
  • Support the development of campaign media plans that meet client objectives
  • Support client relationships, assisting in the overall health of accounts
  • Analyze and interpret data for action, utilizing multiple systems including HubSpot and internal tools
  • Work with account managers and senior leads to flag issues early and keep campaigns on track
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign performance
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or a related agency role
  • Some prior client-facing experience - you've been in front of a client, not just behind the scenes
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities/tasks at once
  • Clear, confident communicator - comfortable with clients, account managers, and leadership
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment, but isn't afraid to ask questions
  • Amazon DSP experience is a plus, not required

Benefits
  • Comprehensive healthcare including medical, vision & dental benefits covered at 100% for employees and 50% for dependents
  • We're fully Remote and offer a remote working stipend
  • Flexible PTO - take what you need, when you need
  • Coffee or Tea Subscription
  • Monthly 3 day weekend
Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected base pay for this role is $70k-$80k (plus bonus and equity). Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
Revive Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We assess all qualified candidates on the basis of skill, experience and talent.
