ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Account Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of coordinating customer requests for facility services with our contractors in an efficient and quick manner and making sure customer needs are being met.  

With Customers:  You’ll provide critical oversight in checking in on third parties; mall property managers and landlords as needed. You’ll be in charge of submitting proposals to the client once they’ve been reviewed and approved to submit. You’ll also schedule and confirm security for locations as needed, and you’ll handle minor client escalations and resolve them to the best of your ability before sending them up the chain.  You’ll pursue follow-through with corporate offices and of course, you’ll confirm successful case completion with client locations.
 

With Vendors: You’ll be on qualifying and following up on vendor pricing, as well as finalizing pricing when a case is ready to be closed. You’ll help fix invoice issues, you’ll send approvals to vendors for pricing, and you’ll provide much needed oversight when the time onsite sometimes is longer than we expected, or we’d like. You’ll also dispatch RFPs to vendors.

About You:
You are the ultimate in customer service and in process management. You have High School/College experience or related industry experience, and at least a year under your belt working in a dynamic and fast paced office environment. You work well on your own, yet love contributing to a team, and you’ve got great flexibility, initiative and amazing judgement.


Your Skills:
You’re a master at time management, and processing priorities and deadlines, and you have awesome attention to detail. You’re proficient with Excel, and an expert with Outlook, as well as internet research tools, and if you’re bilingual, that’s a plus!
