Role overview

As a Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role on our Partnerships team. You will help onboard new partners, execute campaigns, maintain accurate data, and ensure smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, campaign management, and partner operations at a fast-growing fintech company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Onboarding & Partner Support. Take the lead in onboarding new affiliate partners, including contract tracking, link creation, and offer setup in the Brigit Marketplace; ensure all partner information is accurate and up to date across internal systems

  • Campaign Coordination. Support planning and execution of CRM campaigns by drafting copy, managing partner approvals, and monitoring performance; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and CRM teams to ensure campaigns go live seamlessly

  • Process & Workflow Improvement. Help optimize internal tools and workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes; maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation to improve team efficiency

  • Revenue & Billing Operations. Reconcile and validate monthly revenue and help troubleshoot any discrepancies with partners or finance

  • Team Support & Flexibility. Act as the go-to utility player for the Partnerships and Marketplace team—jumping in to support special projects, partner reporting, or ad hoc requests; pitch in during launches, priority campaigns, and quarter-end pushes

What you have
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in account coordination, partner relations, or affiliate marketing (ideally within fintech or financial services)

  • Exceptional organizational habits, a proven ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously and proactively spot issues before they arise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear, professional external emails and performance updates for partners

  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets (e.g., comfortable using formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs to analyze performance data and cross-reference partner reports).

  • Active experience leveraging generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline workflows

  • Hands-on experience navigating affiliate platforms like Impact or Everflow, with a solid understanding of setting up and troubleshooting attribution and postback tracking

  • A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and deep desire to learn

  • A genuine interest in the fintech space and a passion for tools that help people improve their financial lives.
