🚀 We’re Hiring: Account Director

🌍 Location: US East Coast (Remote)

At Binalyze, we’re transforming how cybersecurity teams investigate and respond to incidents. Our platform combines forensic-level visibility with automation to help defenders act faster, protect data integrity, and maintain business continuity.

We’re now hiring a Account Director to own and grow one of our most critical OEM relationships, ensuring it delivers long-term commercial, technical, and strategic value.

This is not a traditional account management or customer success role. We’re looking for a senior leader who combines deep technical credibility, executive-level relationship management, and disciplined commercial execution to maximise the success of a complex, high-impact partnership.

🔥 What You’ll Do

You’ll hold full ownership of our key OEM account, acting as the senior commercial, technical, and operational lead for the relationship.

Working closely with executive, technical, and GTM leaders on both sides, you’ll define and execute a multi-year account strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive sustained revenue expansion.

Your focus will include:

Strategic account leadership

  • Own the overall health, growth, and long-term success of Binalyze’s most strategic OEM account.

  • Define and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned to the partner’s business priorities and growth plans.

  • Build and deliver joint business plans with clear goals, metrics, and measurable outcomes.

  • Act as the executive escalation point for strategic, commercial, and technical issues.

Technical and operational ownership

  • Develop deep understanding of Binalyze’s technology, architecture, and integration pathways.

  • Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across engineering, product, and security leadership.

  • Partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and influence prioritisation.

  • Ensure successful onboarding, enablement, and adoption of Binalyze’s capabilities within the OEM ecosystem.

Commercial execution and governance

  • Drive multi-year revenue expansion through adoption, enablement, and strategic alignment.

  • Lead executive cadence, governance forums, and QBRs for the account.

  • Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive-level performance reporting.

  • Leverage automation and analytics to manage risk, track progress, and ensure precision in execution.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who enjoys owning a mission-critical relationship and translating complex strategy into tangible business outcomes.

🧠 What You Bring

  • Significant experience owning and leading large, complex enterprise or OEM accounts within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.

  • Strong technical fluency across areas such as digital forensics, incident response, EDR/XDR, or SIEM ecosystems.

  • Proven success defining and executing multi-year account strategies and joint business plans.

  • Experience engaging and influencing executive-level technical and commercial stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Architects, Sales leaders).

  • Strong commercial judgement paired with operational discipline and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Salary range: $150,000 – $210,000
