Please Note: Only candidates with experience selling to life sciences clinical research (oncology) organizations will be considered for this role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive. You will report to the VP of Commercial Business and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue by selling our AI-driven solutions to pharmaceutical partners. You will engage with biopharma customers to present our mission and purpose, articulate the capabilities and the value of our end-to-end model and comprehensive commercial solutions, generate interest, qualify prospects, and actively drive follow-up conversations supported by Paradigm Health product and clinical SMEs.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic account engagement and sales plans spanning a range of target customers within and across large biopharma accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers in multiple healthcare and pharmaceutical verticals

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for assigned top-20 pharma accounts. Understand and clearly articulate key roles, organizational dynamics, opportunities, and threats, along with action plans to achieve account-level objectives and targets

  • Possess a deep understanding of Paradigm Health’s technology product and service offerings—across protocol optimization, site feasibility and selection, patient screening and recruitment, and trial data capture—as well as the ability to demonstrate said offerings. In conjunction with this, gain insight into customer needs and discover how we can deliver tailored solutions

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate within Commercial as well as with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and optimize customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions within CRM to establish a source of truth for any and all information regarding leads, prospects, and opportunities

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in the health tech, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries

  • Established relationships with key players in healthcare and life sciences

  • Deep understanding of and exposure to organizational dynamics in large biopharma and ability to develop stakeholder maps as well as engagement strategies to drive toward sales

  • Demonstrated experience using a formal enterprise sales methodology to guide your sales proces (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc)

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences up to and including senior leaders

  • Understanding of clinical trials, data analytics, and AI applications in healthcare

  • Results-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
