About BRINC:

At BRINC, we are redefining public safety with an innovative ecosystem of life-saving tools. Our journey started with the development of drones and ruggedized throw phones, designed to access unsafe areas and establish communication to de-escalate situations. Today, we've expanded into creating and deploying 911 response networks, where drones are dispatched to 911 calls to provide real-time visual data, enhancing safety and enabling de-escalation-focused responses. Our cutting-edge solutions are utilized by over 600 public safety agencies across America and the company has raised over $150M from investors, including Index Ventures, Motorola Solutions, Sam Altman, Dylan Field, Mike Volpe, Alexandr Wang and more. At BRINC, we are committed to recruiting the world's best talent to join us in our mission to support first responders in saving lives.

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with experience selling complex solutions into public safety agencies, Real Time Crime Centers (RTCCs), or Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs. This is an enterprise-level sales role that requires a proven track record of hitting at least 85%+ of your sales quota in current and prior positions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive, mission-driven environment, has established relationships within law enforcement or public safety command staff, and is comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles for high-value technology solutions. Expect 50%+ travel to meet with decision-makers and advance opportunities across your territory.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and close enterprise-level opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with public safety leaders — especially those responsible for DFR programs and Real Time Crime Centers.

  • Consistently manage a high-value pipeline, driving opportunities from discovery to close while meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product) to deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales experiences.

  • Conduct weekly territory and pipeline reviews with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies.

  • Stay current on public safety trends, evolving DFR/RTCC needs, and competitor activity.

Basic Requirements
  • Enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of 85%+ quota attainment.

  • Demonstrated success selling DFR solutions, RTCC technology, or comparable complex public safety systems.

  • Strong relationships with senior leadership and command staff in law enforcement/public safety.

  • Excellent client service skills: professional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time to meet with agencies.

  • Highly organized, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles while maintaining pipeline discipline.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

  • Military or law enforcement background is a plus (not required).
