Job Description

The Opportunity:

Help transform the future of education.

As an Enterprise Account Executive on Flywire's Education team, you'll partner with colleges and universities across the United States to solve some of their most complex financial and operational challenges. From improving the student payment experience to helping institutions modernize their financial technology ecosystems, you'll work directly with senior leaders at some of the world's most respected institutions.

This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to build lasting partnerships and make a meaningful impact on how students and institutions navigate education globally.

  • Build client relationships and manage full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation (we relentlessly pursue new business!)
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Achieve established goals to deliver monthly and quarterly revenue quota
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders (product, technical, operational and marketing team) to project manage the delivery and implementation of our solution
  • Work alongside marketing on lead generations efforts including lead campaigns, new market research, and more
  • Build a metrics-driven sales pipeline of new accounts in the Americas

Qualifications

Here's what we are looking for: 

  • BA/BS degree (required)
  • 7+ years of full sales cycle experience; a background selling SaaS based solutions is preferred
  • Strong judgement, high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proactive self-starter capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in consultative sales; the ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate products remotely and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
  • Up to 35% travel

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000-$115,000 plus commission, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
