About the opportunity

Responsible for growing FASTSIGNS National Accounts business by establishing new business from leads that are received via the web, phone and referrals from both FASTSIGNS Franchisees and existing clients. In addition, must be able to create new business opportunities through networking, attending trade shows and lead generation.


This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Core hours are typically between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with flexibility needed for occasional evening or weekend work to meet business demands. Travel is a required function of this position for client meetings, vendor visits, and trade shows.


How you will make a difference

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Aggressively follow up on all inbound leads and referrals (web, phone, franchise, client).
    • Develop and present pricing strategies, proposals, and service presentations in collaboration with the VP of National Accounts.
    • Articulate the value proposition of FASTSIGNS National Accounts products and services to diverse potential clients.
    • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets.
    • Represent FASTSIGNS at industry trade shows to generate new business opportunities.
  • Account & Project Management:
    • Partner with Project Managers to ensure the successful execution and delivery of client accounts.
    • Oversee the successful transition of new accounts into production, providing all necessary documentation (SOW, MSA, brand guides, timelines, etc.) to the operations team.
    • Manage and cultivate new and existing vendor relationships to ensure optimal product cost and quality.
    • Perform all other requested or related duties as required.

A strong candidate will have

  • Required:
    • 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the sign and graphics industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
  • Key Competencies:
    • A proven track record in a B2B sales or business development role.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
    • Polished and persuasive presentation skills.
    • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Skilled at building and-maintaining long-term customer relationships.
    • A collaborative team player.required skills or transferable skills
