Own the full sales cycle for mid-market software customers, including prospecting, pipeline creation, demos, deal closing, forecasting, pilots, and account expansion. Explain AI capabilities in terms of measurable business outcomes, build repeatable sales processes, and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires consistent quota attainment, managing multiple fast-moving deals, and working in an in-office environment.

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hit aggressive revenue targets: Own quota and forecast accuracy for six‑figure deals with mid-market sized companies (multi-location, regional brands).

  • Run high-velocity cycles: Take deals from source to close, often working directly with the owner, GM, or ops lead who makes the call.

  • Prospect with precision: Build your own pipeline through traditional and creative outbounding methods.

  • Translate AI to ROI: Demo our AI revenue engine in the customer’s language, showing measurable uplift in revenue and booked jobs, not tech jargon.

  • Land and expand: Drive pilots to production fast, then grow accounts across locations and product lines.

  • Build the playbook: Help to shape the repeatable mid-market motion that the next AEs will run.

  • Close the feedback loop: Maintain a strong feedback loop with Product and Engineering, bringing customer insights and market feedback directly to the teams shaping what we build.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Closing track record: 2+ years in a revenue quota carrying role, selling software to SMB or mid-market companies, with consistent attainment.

  • Pace and volume: Comfortable running multiple deals at once without letting any of them slip.

  • AI / data fluency: Comfortable explaining AI workflows and integrations to operators who aren’t technical.

  • Founder‑level grit: Ability to build pipeline from zero, make your own materials, and own the pitch without hand‑holding.

  • In-office energy: You thrive in an in-person environment, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to learn, share ideas, and grow together.
