About You

You learn fast and think clearly. When faced with ambiguity, you don’t wait for instructions - you break the problem down and move forward. You’re intellectually curious and enjoy going deep on topics simply to understand them better. You prepare thoroughly and connect ideas in ways that others may miss.

You take ownership of outcomes. If something feels hard, unclear, or new, that motivates you rather than discourages you. You use modern tools, including AI, instinctively to research, synthesize information, and increase your effectiveness. You care deeply about delivering real value and building trust. You want to be measured by impact, not activity.

You’re competitive with yourself. You value feedback. You want to build something meaningful alongside other high-performing people.

Pathfinders Wanted – Join Us!

We are building a new generation of Account Executives - people with raw intellectual horsepower, drive, and the ability to figure things out quickly.

This role exists because we are scaling rapidly and need high-agency individuals who can own complex enterprise conversations. You will be responsible for helping large organizations rethink how procurement should work with an AI-Native lens.

A typical week includes researching target companies, forming a strong point of view on their business challenges, running discovery conversations with senior stakeholders, leading tailored executive sessions, and driving next steps toward closing deals.

You will have autonomy. You will also have high expectations. We value people who want both.

This role is in-office based out of our New York City office.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close across enterprise accounts.

  • Research target organizations and build thoughtful, data-backed perspectives on their business model and operational friction points.

  • Lead executive meetings with CFOs, Heads of Procurement, and IT leaders, aligning Levelpath to their financial, operational, and technical priorities.

  • Run structured discovery conversations that uncover root problems rather than surface requests.

  • Manage multi-stakeholder buying committees and drive alignment toward clear next steps.

  • Create and deliver tailored presentations that position Levelpath as a strategic necessity.

  • Use AI and modern tools to accelerate account research, preparation, and follow-through.

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to improve win rates and customer outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Exceptional critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability.

  • Demonstrated drive, grit, and willingness to push through resistance to achieve goals.

  • Learning agility - you can quickly master new industries, products, or concepts without formal training.

  • Instinctive use of AI and modern tools to research, synthesize information, and increase productivity.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations confidently and clearly.

  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.

  • Deep curiosity about how businesses operate and create value.

  • Evidence of top performance in any competitive environment (academics, athletics, professional, or other).

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, sales, consulting, or revenue-generating role.

  • Experience leading presentations or facilitating group discussions.

  • Exposure to enterprise software, procurement, finance, or workflow systems.

  • Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage environment.

Benefits

  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k

  • Commuter benefits

  • In-office snacks and Friday team lunches

  • Team-driven happy hours and celebrations

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $125,000.
