As an Account Executive at Pump, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by building strong relationships and helping customers understand the real impact of our technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, contribute to our product, and help shape our company culture and values.
What You'll DoPartner closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to develop solutions that align with customer needs.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and clearly explain how Pump can streamline operations and save them money.
Effectively communicate the value of our platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay up-to-date on our product roadmap and ensure client solutions are aligned with future development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — especially with engineering and product teams.
A self-starter mentality with grit, hustle, and a desire to make a big impact at an early-stage startup.
