As an Account Executive at Pump, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by building strong relationships and helping customers understand the real impact of our technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, contribute to our product, and help shape our company culture and values.

What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to develop solutions that align with customer needs.

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and clearly explain how Pump can streamline operations and save them money.

  • Effectively communicate the value of our platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Stay up-to-date on our product roadmap and ensure client solutions are aligned with future development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-13 years of relevant experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.

  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — especially with engineering and product teams.

  • A self-starter mentality with grit, hustle, and a desire to make a big impact at an early-stage startup.
