KeyRing is an early-stage startup building a smarter way for property owners and managers to manage their properties, finances, rent collection, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
We're looking for an Account Executive with sales experience who can help introduce KeyRing to prospective customers, demonstrate the platform, and turn qualified leads into paying users.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to sell software, enjoys speaking with customers, and understands that successful selling requires preparation, persistence, and follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Host live product demos and lead sales conversations with prospective customers.
- Research prospects before meetings to understand their business, portfolio, potential challenges, and needs.
- Tailor demos to each prospect, connecting KeyRing's features and capabilities to their specific use cases.
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover pain points, qualify opportunities, and identify potential fit.
- Manage follow-ups, address objections, and move prospects through the sales process toward conversion.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and document prospect activity, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
- Provide feedback on prospect objections, product gaps, and market needs to help improve our sales approach.
- Help refine sales messaging, demo flows, and outreach strategies as we develop our go-to-market process.
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling tech products, ideally in an Account Executive or similar closing role. Bonus if you have experience in SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to run effective product demos and consultative sales conversations, beyond presenting a standard slide deck.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to research prospects and personalize sales conversations based on their business and needs.
- Persistent, professional follow-up and the ability to manage a pipeline without constant supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where processes are still evolving and initiative is essential.
- Experience in real estate, property management, proptech, or property-management software is a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years of relatable experience

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, with an initial commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- Schedule will be in EST time zone
- Remote, U.S.-based.
- Compensation structured as a base hourly rate plus performance-based commission, with details based on experience and agreed sales targets.
