About Us

Silvur is modernizing what retirement decision-making in America looks like. We partner with financial institutions to deliver world-class tools and educational resources to their account holders—including personalized content, calculators, and connections to healthcare and financial services—to support the critical decisions their members make in their 50s, 60s, and through retirement.

Our white-labeled online platform is available to millions of credit union members and has been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 Most Innovative Companies. We’ve been featured in The New York Times, Fortune, CNBC, and Yahoo! Finance, and are backed by leading VCs like Anthemis and strategic investors including Curql, Reseda Group, Idaho Central Credit Union, Maps, WESECU, and Mission Federal Credit Union.

We believe health and wealth are inseparable in retirement—and we’re reimagining how credit union members are educated and supported during their Medicare journey. The introduction of our full-service, concierge Medicare agency, Silvur Insurance, in 2024 allows us to extend our services to provide members with much-needed one-on-one guidance led by licensed insurance agents. Our education-first model ensures trust, clarity, and personalized care.

About the Role

Silvur is looking for an Account Executive to serve as the central owner of our platform partnerships across a large and growing portfolio of credit unions. This is a consolidated role that brings together what was previously split across two positions — partner success and operational partnership management — into a single owner accountable for product adoption, enablement, and long-term partner health.

This is not a sales or business development role. You will not be sourcing or closing new credit union partnerships — that is owned by a separate team. Instead, you'll go deep with our existing and newly onboarded partners — driving real product utilization, building staff capability, and ensuring Silvur's platform is genuinely embedded in the credit union member experience at scale.

You'll manage 30+ active credit union partners, which means your success depends not just on relationship quality but on your ability to build repeatable playbooks, scalable training programs, and data-informed engagement strategies that work across a large book of business.

What You'll OwnProduct Adoption & Partner Enablement
  • Serve as the primary product expert for Silvur's retirement planning platform across all active credit union partners
  • Design and deliver scalable training programs for credit union staff, in-branch teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Translate the platform's retirement-education tools — Social Security, Medicare, housing, and the Retirement Score — into clear, actionable guidance tailored to each partner's member base and operational context
  • Build repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources that can be deployed efficiently across a large partner portfolio
Partner Relationship Management
  • Own the ongoing relationship for a portfolio of credit union platform partners, serving as the primary point of contact for product questions, support escalations, and program optimization
  • Lead with executive presence — you'll be interacting daily with the C-suite at credit unions, and knowing how to serve and engage them will be critical to your success
  • Manage quarterly business reviews and proactive check-ins to surface adoption gaps, celebrate wins, and align on goals
  • Customize referral workflows and program configurations to match each partner's systems and preferences
  • Identify and act on opportunities to deepen product usage within existing accounts — including introducing the Medicare program, which platform partners can adopt with no additional platform sale required
Onboarding & Implementation
  • Lead new partner onboarding end to end — from kickoff through full program deployment — with a structured, education-first approach
  • Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation across internal and partner teams
  • Serve as the connective tissue between credit union stakeholders (marketing, operations, executive sponsors) and Silvur's internal teams
Tech and AI Curiosity
  • Excitement to build an AI-first delivery model
  • Comfort with Claude and ChatGPT is essential — you'll be building automations to support scaling partner deliverables
  • Eagerness to replace PowerPoint and Excel with Google Workspace & Claude Design, and to lean on HubSpot, Asana, and Canva to streamline how deliverables get built and shipped
Data, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Establish and monitor referral tracking, engagement metrics, and product utilization data across the portfolio
  • Surface insights and trends to internal teams; translate partner feedback into actionable product and process recommendations
  • Partner with operations, product, and marketing teams to improve member outcomes and influence the product roadmap
What This Role Is Not

We want to be transparent so you can self-select accurately:

  • This role requires the ability to thrive in a 0→1 environment. There will be lots of unknowns and things to figure out. The ideal teammate excels in an ambiguous environment where you have to figure out processes from scratch and not rely on executives to provide all the answers
  • This role does not involve sourcing, prospecting, or closing new credit union partnerships — that is owned by a separate business development function
  • This is not a quota-carrying sales position — success is measured by adoption, engagement, and partner retention, not new revenue generation
  • This is not a narrow specialist role — you will need to be comfortable owning the full partner lifecycle across a large, diverse portfolio with limited hand-holding
Growth Path

This role is a natural stepping stone into a revenue-owning position at Silvur. As you deepen partner relationships and demonstrate impact, there's a clear path to take on new-partner acquisition and carry growth and revenue targets.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in client onboarding, partner success, or account management
  • Startup experience required; you're comfortable with ambiguity and building process where none exists
  • Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions
  • Comfort across a modern, AI first lightweight tech stack — Claude, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), HubSpot, Asana, Canva+, and Zoom — and the AI forward digital collaboration tools that keep deliverables moving.  We use Claude all day!
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills
  • Comfort leading cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Genuine passion for helping people navigate big life decisions like retirement and healthcare

Benefits

You'll be an employee of Silvur Technology Services, with a total compensation package that includes salary, options, health benefits (healthcare, vision, and dental), paid time off plus holidays, and a 401(k) with employer contribution. Choose the technology you need to do your best work, in a flexible, impact-driven, high-growth environment that's changing the future of retirement healthcare.

  • Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Variable incentive: target of up to $40,000 based on results

Silvur Technology Services is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a team that reflects the diverse communities we serve and to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
