  • Collaborate closely with co-founders and leadership to iterate on messaging, outreach strategies, and customer feedback

  • Travel for key meetings, events, and client opportunities to build long-term partnerships (up to 40% each month)

  • Maintain accurate records in Hubspot, our CRM, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

  • Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity

  • Represent Accel Health at healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-forward environment

  • Hunter mentality  - able to target, nurture, and close leads across sales funnel
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you're confident, clear, and crisp
  • Ability to manage multiple deals at once and thrive in a startup where priorities shift quickly
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and comfort operating independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for meetings, conferences, and on-site engagements
  • Resilience in the face of rejection, with a continuous improvement mindset
