Some customers are modernizing how they collect, manage, and analyze operational and business data, while others are leveraging advanced analytics, Statistical Process Control (SPC), process monitoring, and optimization solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and performance. Whether supporting manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, or business leadership teams, you'll help customers solve complex challenges, drive measurable outcomes, and advance their digital transformation initiatives.

We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales team. This is an opportunity for a consultative sales professional with experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, manufacturing software, industrial software, analytics, or business applications into mid-market organizations.


What You'll Do

You'll own a defined territory and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close while growing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities
  • Grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and services
  • Build executive relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain organizations
  • Conduct consultative discovery to uncover operational challenges and business objectives
  • Present compelling business cases focused on ROI and measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
  • Develop territory and account plans that drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth
  • Represent Minitab at customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and conferences
We're Looking ForRequired Experience
  • 3–5+ years of successful B2B software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise application software sales
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing opportunities of $25K+ ACV
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience selling subscription-based software and recurring revenue solutions
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Ability to travel 20–35%

PAID TIME OFF:  Paid holidays, as well as 4 weeks of annual paid time off are provided. The annual paid time off increases one week every five years.

PREMIUM BENEFITS:  At our State College, PA Headquarters, there is an onsite gym, indoor swimming pool, yoga studio, movie theater, outdoor sand volleyball court, game room, arcade room and even a golf simulator. Personal training and nutrition counseling is available upon request.

Base salary: $85k

Commission: This role is eligible for a 50/50 commission plan based on meeting performance targets with uncapped earning potential. 

This position is available for individuals that reside in California, Arizona or Colorado
