About the Role

We're looking for a Small Business Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a strong sense of accountability, decisiveness, and customer-first thinking. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your territory and drive new business by connecting with small businesses and helping them discover how EasyLlama can transform their compliance training. You'll be persuasive in your communication, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and maintain a consistent commitment to growth, for yourself and your customers.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development:

    • Identify, engage, and close new small business opportunities to exceed monthly sales quotas

    • Use persuasive communication to tailor your message to each prospect’s unique needs and context, influencing decision-making and driving value

  • Product Expertise:

    • Become an expert in EasyLlama’s suite of products to effectively position customer value and key benefits in a way that resonates with each prospect’s unique needs and goals

    • Articulate ideas and information in a straightforward and easily understandable manner

    • Conduct engaging demos that showcase how our solution addresses unique prospect pain points

  • Full Sales Cycle Management:

    • Own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to proposal creation and closing

    • Make confident, timely decisions to keep deals moving forward, even in uncertain or fast-changing situations

  • Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene to support visibility and forecasting

    • Take accountability for your territory’s performance and proactively adjust strategies to stay on track

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with Customer Support and Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and long-term customer happiness

    • Advocate for customer needs internally and help identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the sales process

About You

Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities

  • Motivated, adaptable, and excited to work in a collaborative team environment

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management best practices

Nice to Haves
  • Experience selling to HR or People teams

  • Familiarity with compliance training or e-learning platforms

  • Background in selling to businesses with fewer than 200 employees

How We'll Take Care of You
  • $60,000-70,000k Base | $120,000-140,000k OTE
