We power our employees’ potential and strive to create opportunity and security for every member of the team. If you’re ready for something bigger  more challenge, more variety, more pathways for professional growth  we should talk. We’re passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we’re looking for people like you.

Ready to reach your potential? It’s time to look at Taylor.

Your Opportunity: OrderMesh, a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Founding Account Executive to join their team!

This role works directly with the President of OrderMesh to shape, execute, and ultimately scale the company’s revenue strategy across software and fulfillment solutions. You will run your own sales process and will be leading full-sales cycle software and fulfillment revenue processes, including discovery, demos, pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and long-term go-to-market design. In the near term, this is a founder-adjacent, hands-on role.

You must be deeply entrepreneurial, hard working, and excited to build the manual for sales success at OrderMesh. As we scale, you’ll be in charge of building your sales team around you. Over time, you can become the leader responsible for building and running the OrderMesh revenue engine. This position has a sales achievement target (annual quota) and is not currently scoped as a management position, though future management opportunities may arise.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a detailed business plan to reach sales targets and bring in new customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal and partnering with customer success/implementations to get that customer launched and successfully ordering on the OrderMesh platform
  • Discover new business opportunities through market research, networking, and finding leads
  • Sell and negotiate with potential clients/customers
  • Present product demonstrations
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years of success in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably selling SaaS, technology, or complex solutions
  • Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close net-new business independently
  • Experience leading consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers
  • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience developing pricing proposals, commercial terms, and business cases for customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or high-growth environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer interactions

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions into eCommerce, print, manufacturing, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations environments
  • Experience selling annual recurring revenue (ARR) software subscriptions
  • Experience working within early-stage, founder-led, or venture-backed organizations
  • Experience building sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies from the ground up
  • Experience with channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or partner-led sales motions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 plus the ability to earn incentive compensation. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
