Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, you are a consultative sales professional dedicated to identifying the unique challenges and operational pain points independent service professionals face. You excel at building instant credibility across a diverse array of industry verticals, positioning yourself as an authoritative voice who speaks with genuine industry insight. You own the primary conversion funnel by executing interactive, high-impact virtual product demonstrations with your camera on, helping prospects see the tangible value of our platform in growing their businesses. Working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within a highly dynamic sales organization, you manage an active pipeline of qualified opportunities, drive competitive results, and facilitate early customer onboarding to set our users up for long-term platform success.

Compensation:

$49,000 base / $70,000-$75,000 OTE + uncapped earning potential

Schedule:

Ability to work full time (40 hrs/week) with an 8 hour shift, ranging within 5am-7pm local time. Ability to work at least one Saturday per month.

What you do each day:

  • Conduct 3 to 5 comprehensive, 45-minute virtual product demonstrations daily 
  • Execute consultative sales conversations to uncover core operational bottlenecks and business growth goals
  • Nurture a high-volume transactional sales pipeline from initial contact through contract closure
  • Coordinate closely with inbound and outbound development teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects
  • Master multiple service industry vertical workflows to present hyper-relevant software capabilities
  • Formulate clear value propositions matching platform capabilities against a prospect's explicit business needs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in inside sales required (software a plus)
  • High school diploma required, college preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work

Location Dependent Information:

This role is open to candidates, with an expected base hourly rate of $21.20-$23.56 and annual on-target earnings of $75,000. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.  This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
