The Mission

America's industrial base runs on systems built in the 1980s.

Billions of dollars in critical components (F-35 parts, industrial assemblies, electronics, bolts, and hoses) still move through email threads, excel sheets, and disconnected ERPs.

We're replacing that with an AI-native platform that makes aerospace, electronics, industrial, and defense supply-chain operations nearly autonomous. Faster quoting. Faster procurement. Full visibility. Real operational intelligence for the companies our nation depends on.

Quick Facts
  • YC W25 company. Top 5% growth in batch

  • Raised $10M+ from investors including Paul Graham, SV Angel, Pear VC, and CRV

  • Team of 20 co-live in our Warsaw & SF Hacker Houses

  • 7 figure ARR transacting ~$50M a week through our system

The Role

SalesPatriot works with distributors, manufacturers, and supply chain organizations across the globe, helping them solve the problems that matter most to their business. As an Account Executive, you will partner with these organizations and work alongside our engineering team to deliver results.

You will own new and expansion business at target accounts. Every company buys software differently, and we see that as an opportunity rather than a headache. The sellers who succeed here tailor their approach to SalesPatriot and each deal instead of running the playbook they used at their last company.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close, across both technical and economic buyers

  • Prospect, qualify, run demos, negotiate, and close without waiting for perfect systems or instruction

  • Build customer profiles that identify what each target account needs and the best way to address it

  • Drive our growth inside large institutions

  • Know the product and industry inside and out, and explain how it solves real problems for real customers

  • Meet or exceed your targets by closing enterprise contracts

Required Attributes
  • 3+ years of outbound sales experience focused on closing new business and growing existing accounts

  • Experience closing significant enterprise agreements

  • Able to explain the platform's impact to any audience, technical or not, and connect the client's needs to what our software can do

  • Comfort navigating complex procurement and acquisition processes

  • Strong instincts for people and organizations, including a knack for finding the champions and decision makers who get deals done

  • The ability to build trust and drive real change inside large organizations

  • A willingness to learn, lead, and follow depending on what the moment calls for

  • Ability to travel 50% or more based on business needs

Preferred Attributes
  • Background in distribution or defense

  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement (100%+ quota attainment) in complex, consultative sales cycles (1-4 months)

  • Past experience at an early-stage startup (seed-Series C)
