  • Manage the Sales Cycle. Move opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business to increase revenue.

  • Stay Market-Ready. Maintain strong knowledge of new and existing product offerings, industry trends, new developments, and current competitive conditions within the marketplace.
  • Bring Strategic Insights. Use your curiosity about our products, industry, and the marketplace to offer strategic insights and solutions to our clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Success. Recognized for exceptional sales achievements and consistently exceeding targets, especially in formalized recognition programs like President’s Club.
  • Consistent Excellence. A strong track record of consistently exceeding quota, ideally in an outside sales or sales leadership position.
  • Stability and Growth. Demonstrated ability to achieve long-term success and growth in previous jobs.
  • Talent Management Expertise. Experience selling to stakeholders across talent management, including talent acquisition, HR, learning and development, and the business leaders who hire and grow their teams.
  • Industry Knowledge. Deep understanding of the challenges buyers face across talent management, from hiring through development and retention.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within your organization with experience coaching or mentoring others.
  • Curiosity and Creativity. Naturally curious and creative in your approach to solving problems.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with real experience working with stakeholders across talent management. SaaS subscription-based sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success selling talent management solutions, ideally in pre-employment assessment, employee development, or disruptive technology.
  • Experience selling to SMB and mid-market organizations. Enterprise experience is a plus.
