The Opportunity

We are expanding our go‑to‑market team and looking for a high‑impact Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for mid‑market and enterprise freight brokerages. You’ll sell an AI platform that eliminates manual work, boosts margins, and gives brokers a competitive edge.

What You’ll Do
  1. Generate and qualify pipeline – Prospect into target brokerages using your industry network, marketing campaigns and partner‑sourced support, marketing programs, and partnerships.

  2. Run consultative sales cycles – Diagnose operational pain points, map Parade’s solution to ROI, deliver tailored demos, and influence multi‑stakeholder buying groups up to the C‑suite.

  3. Forecast and close – Maintain a healthy pipeline, build deal strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently hit or exceed quarterly ARR targets.

  4. Partner cross‑functionally – Surface market feedback to Product, co‑develop case studies with Marketing, and set Customer Success up for smooth implementations.

  5. Represent Parade in the market – Attend industry conferences, host webinars, and contribute to thought leadership around freight tech and AI.

What You’ll Bring
  • Freight brokerage expertise (required) – Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience as a carrier rep, capacity manager, or account manager at a freight brokerage or 3PL. You understand posted trucks, covering calls, and the day‑to‑day broker grind.

  • SaaS sales background (preferred) – Full‑cycle software sales experience and familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks will set you apart.

  • Proven ability to build pipeline, run complex sales cycles (ACV $50k–$250k), and beat quota.

  • Strong business acumen to quantify operational savings, payback period, and ROI for prospects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical capabilities into executive‑level outcomes.

  • Intellectual curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of freight.

Why Parade
  • Industry backing – Supported by logistics veterans and leading technology investors with $37 million raised.

  • Category leadership – First‑to‑market Email & Voice AI in capacity management, deep TMS integrations, and documented ROI for brokers of all sizes.

  • Competitive package – Base + uncapped commission, meaningful equity, 401(k) match, top‑tier health benefits, and home‑office stipend.

  • Flexible location – Remote‑first in the U.S. with quarterly team off‑sites in New York City and San Francisco.

  • Mission‑driven team – Freight is the backbone of the economy; you’ll help modernize it through AI and automation.
