About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and activating enterprise customers while helping shape Paradigm’s product and go-to-market strategy. You will be a crucial contributor to our revenue growth and how leading organizations deploy AI agents across their most valuable internal and external data.

You’ll work closely with our founders, engineering, and deployment teams to turn complex customer needs into successful deployments. Our customers include banks, private equity and private credit firms, consulting firms, and technology companies.

Successful candidates have experience selling technical solutions, can connect product capabilities to business outcomes, and bring the drive and grit required to win in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demos, pilots, negotiation, close, and activation

  • Navigate complex customer organizations, working directly with C-suite executives, business leaders, technology and AI teams, procurement, and legal

  • Develop strategies for sourcing and closing enterprise opportunities, building relationships with champions and decision-makers

  • Understand customers’ workflows, data sources, and priorities to identify where Paradigm can deliver measurable value

  • Partner with our deployment team to define pilot success criteria, demonstrate ROI, and turn initial deployments into broader adoption

  • Discover new use cases across customer teams and translate feedback into actionable input for product and engineering

  • Generate pipeline, drive revenue, and help build a repeatable enterprise sales motion

Requirements for the role:

  • A track record of success selling technical products to enterprise customers

  • The ability to understand complex workflows, data requirements, and integrations, and explain how they translate into business value

  • Experience managing sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from initial discovery through procurement and close

  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change, with a willingness to move quickly and grow in scope and responsibility

  • Exceptional learning ability, strong ownership, and a consistent focus on results

  • Previously founded a startup or helped build an early enterprise sales team

  • Successfully sourced and closed large, complex enterprise software deals

  • Sold to revenue teams at technology companies or other go to market teams

  • Sold to financial services firms or worked closely with investment, research, business development, or operations teams

  • Have a background in software engineering, sales engineering, or deployment, and moved into go-to-market to work more closely with customers

  • Are competitive, highly ambitious, and excited to help define how enterprises put AI agents to work
