As an Account Executive, you will work within a defined territory and be the primary driver for new business acquisition. You'll combine strong sales fundamentals with commercial thinking and technical credibility, guiding prospects from discovery through to signed contracts.
  • Own the full sales cycle for your territory, with a focus on hitting new business ARR targets and building healthy pipeline coverage (3x coverage)

  • Proven track record closing deals up to $500k ARR, and can demonstrate success in hitting a $750k+ annual target.
  • Comfortable discussing hiring workflows, technical assessment challenges and engineering team dynamics with talent and engineering stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quantify inefficiencies (time-to-hire, interviewer load, cost of bad hires) and translate them into measurable business impact
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences
  • Highly organised, with strong pipeline management skills and the ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Solutions-oriented, demonstrating ownership and proactive deal progression
  • Experienced with structured qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC / SPICED or similar) and disciplined forecasting
