About ImagineArt

ImagineArt is a creative AI platform that brand, agency and marketing teams use to make images, video and design assets. We passed $35M in ARR this year with no outside funding, and our own image model ranks #3 in the world for photorealism. Millions of people already create with us. Now we're building the team that sells it to companies.

The role

You'll be one of our first Account Executives in San Francisco. This is a new-business role, not an inherited book: you'll find, run and close deals with marketing, creative and content teams at brands, agencies and studios, from first call to signed contract and expansion. You'll work in the office with our founders and product team, and what you hear from customers will shape our pricing, packaging and roadmap.

What you'll do
  • Build your own pipeline through outbound, warm inbound from our product users, and events.

  • Run discovery on how a team actually makes content today: briefs, production, reviews, approvals and brand rules.

  • Demo ImagineArt live, design pilots with clear success measures, and turn pilots into annual contracts.

  • Lead pricing, proposals and negotiation, and work through security, legal and procurement.

  • Grow accounts into new teams and use cases after the first deal.

  • Help write the playbook: sequences, case studies and the sales process the team after you will use.

What you bring
  • 3 to 7 years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle Account Executive role at a SaaS or AI company.

  • A record of hitting quota and closing new logos you sourced yourself.

  • Experience running deals with several stakeholders, from champion to economic buyer.

  • You live in or near San Francisco and want to work from the office.

  • Real interest in AI and creative tools. You'll use the product daily.

Nice to have
  • You've sold to marketing, creative, design or content teams, or to agencies.

  • You've sold a gen AI, design or martech product, or a product-led one with self-serve users.

  • You've been promoted inside a startup, or been an early sales hire.

Pay and benefits
  • Base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, with on-target earnings of $200,000 to $240,000 (50/50 base and commission).

  • W2 employment with medical coverage (Kaiser Permanente Silver group plan, 75% of the premium paid by ImagineArt).

  • Unlimited PTO, paid sick leave and paid company holidays.

The final offer depends on experience and level. We're happy to explain how commission works on the first call.

How we hire

A 15 to 30 minute intro call with a senior team builder. After that, depending on your situation, you'll meet our founders on-site at the SF office or online.

We don't expect every box ticked. If you've closed deals at an AI startup and want to build a sales team from the start, apply.
