We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world.

That’s why we’re looking for our newest Account Executive to join our fast-growing team.

An Account Executive's role is to close new deals and drive revenue growth by turning qualified sales opportunities into new client partnerships.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for conducting discovery calls and demos, managing the sales process from first meeting to close, and ensuring new clients are a strong fit for our services.

Your role is critical for new client acquisition and revenue growth.

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities include:

• Running demonstration calls with qualified leads.

• Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue in our CRM.

• Building relationships with prospects and guiding them through the decision-making process.

• Negotiating contracts and closing new client partnerships.

• Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure smooth client handoff post-sale.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Representing The Growth Center with professionalism and credibility in the B2B marketplace.


Requirements

These are skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, account executive, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS/Services industry and sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and structure deals with business decision-makers.
  • Experience working with SDR or Lead Generation teams to close qualified opportunities.
  • Experience communicating with high-level prospects and setting proper expectations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Guaranteed Base Salary of $48,000/year
  • On-Track-Earnings of $84,000 - $108,000+/year
