Salary based on work experience:

0-2 years exp: $70k base + .25% comm

2-4 years exp: $80k base + .25% comm

4-6 years exp: $90k base + . 25%comm

Position:
Full-time

Location: Remote with some in-office visits in the Monterey, CA office

Must live in California, Illinois, New Jersey, or Missouri

Required Experience/Skills

  • You are a top performer in a sales role with 2+ years of experience closing net new logos
  • You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.
  • You are in sales because you are self-motivated and driven to succeed. You love winning and helping your customers achieve their goals.
  • You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. This is especially important in a remote company, as you won’t always have people nearby that you can talk to and learn from.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight.
  • You have experience tracking all of your sales activity and reports in a customer relationship management software
  • As the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor, you’re happy to wear several hats: sales, support, and customer success. During onboarding, you may be the point person for any one of them, mobilizing your teammates for support.
  • Above all, you’re an entrepreneur and are excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO best practices, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Great presentation skills: the ability to put together presentations that show meaningful information using charts and impactful numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • High confidence in engaging with decision-makers
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email, and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive, engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners
  • Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop
