About Simple

Simple AI is building state of the art voice AI agents for enterprise. Our realistic agents help iconic businesses like Doordash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks handle all kinds of phone operations, from customer support to order intake to lead qualifications. We’re growing revenue like crazy and looking for an Account Executive to help accelerate our sales motion and close high-impact deals.

Simple AI raised $14M from world-class investors and operators like Y Combinator, First Harmonic, Massive Tech Ventures, Michael Seibel, Jared Friedman, Alexandr Wang, Matt Van Horn, Suhail Doshi, and Scott Wu.

The Team

The founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6. We have grown into a strong team of 8 and are continuing to scale quickly

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to help us turn strong customer demand into a repeatable sales motion. You will own deals end to end: prospecting into target accounts, running discovery, leading demos, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, negotiating, and closing new business.

This is not a polished enterprise sales org where every playbook already exists. You will work closely with the CEO, our sales team, and engineering to figure out what works, tighten our pitch, learn from customers, and help build the early sales muscle at Simple.

The best fit for this role is someone who is highly competitive, comfortable creating their own pipeline, strong in front of customers, and excited to sell a technical AI product that can directly drive revenue for businesses.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary & meaningful equity

  • Employee-friendly equity terms

  • An office located in SF

  • Health, dental & vision insurance

  • Free lunch & dinner at the office

  • Commute Assistance

  • Regular team events & offsites

What You'll Need
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally closing mid-market or enterprise deals.

  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quota.

  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling business value.

  • High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working with customers.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and its impact on business operations.

Nice To Have
  • Experience selling to leaders of contact centers

  • Experience as an AE at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series B).

  • Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating complex organizations.

If you’re excited to close high-impact deals, shape our GTM motion, and join an early-stage AI startup with massive momentum, we’d love to chat.
