Building Open Superintelligence Infrastructure

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack — from frontier agentic models to the infra that enables anyone to create, train, and deploy them. We aggregate and orchestrate global compute into a single control plane and pair it with the full RL post-training stack: environments, secure sandboxes, verifiable evals, and our async RL trainer. We enable researchers, startups and enterprises to run end-to-end reinforcement learning at frontier scale, adapting models to real tools, workflows, and deployment contexts.

We recently raised $15mm in funding (total of $20mm raised) led by Founders Fund, with participation from Menlo Ventures and prominent angels including Andrej Karpathy (Eureka AI, Tesla, OpenAI), Tri Dao (Together AI), Dylan Patel (SemiAnalysis), Clem Delangue (Huggingface), Emad Mostaque (Stability AI) and many others.

Your Role

You will own the full sales cycle for a high-velocity and high-complexity product — compute, RL infrastructure, and post-training services. Work a focused book of high-potential accounts and convert interest into pilots and long-term contracts. You are a technical seller who thrives in conversation with ML engineers and research leaders and can articulate the value of frontier-scale reinforcement learning.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to sell one of the most technically advanced products in AI and help define how Fortune 500s, AI labs, and high-growth startups adopt next-gen training infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.

Run full-cycle sales: outbound, discovery, technical scoping, pilot design, negotiation, close.

Sell compute + RL post-training as a unified story with clear value for ML and infra teams.

Work closely with Solutions and TAMs to ensure smooth onboarding and successful pilots.

Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.

Identify expansion opportunities and grow accounts into multi-year engagements.

Contribute to GTM playbooks, messaging, objection handling, and repeatable sales motions.

Represent Prime Intellect in external meetings, events, and ecosystem conversations.

What We're Looking For

2 to 5 years of enterprise sales experience in developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, or AI products.

Proven ability to close $50k to $300k+ ACV deals with technical buyers.

Technical fluency — comfortable speaking about GPUs, compute, ML development, and post-training.

Strong outbound instincts and ability to open high-value conversations with AI labs and ML teams.

Great communicator who handles complex cycles and multiple stakeholders smoothly.

High ownership and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.

Bonus:

Experience selling ML infra, compute, or training platforms.

Familiarity with RL, model customization, or agentic AI.

Network in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Early-stage experience where you helped shape the sales process.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
