About the Role

Browserbase is excited to hire an Account Executive to create and grow the enterprise sales motion. In this pivotal role, you'll establish our enterprise sales strategy from the ground up, building relationships with key prospects and closing deals that drive our continued growth. You'll work closely with leadership to define our sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market approach while serving as the face of Browserbase to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our enterprise sales strategy, including outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals

  • Create sales processes, documentation, and playbooks that will scale with our growing team

  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise prospects and customers

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and market opportunities

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of our technical platform, with the support of our talented Sales Engineer.

  • Negotiate complex contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and company strategy

  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline to leadership

  • Represent Browserbase at industry events and conferences


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in technical products or AI infrastructure

  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and converting self-service users to enterprise contracts

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing new business relationships

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts

  • Experience selling developer tools, API products, or other technical infrastructure

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience building sales processes from scratch at an early-stage company is a plus
