Role Summary
As AthenaHQ's third sales hire, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from outbound to close. You’ll work directly with the founders, help shape the GTM strategy, and influence product based on customer feedback.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close mid-market to enterprise deals
Own revenue targets
Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and sales playbooks
Build scalable sales processes and tools
Provide product feedback to drive roadmap decisions
What We’re Looking For
1-5+ years of SaaS sales experience (MarTech or B2B preferred)
Proven ability to close $25K–$80K+ ACV deals
Strong communication, curiosity, and a bias for action
You thrive in ambiguity and love building from scratch
