About Krea

At Krea, we are building next-generation AI creative tools. We’re dedicated to making AI intuitive and controllable for creatives - our mission is to build tools that empower human creativity, not replace it. We believe AI is a new medium that allows us to express ourselves through various formats - text, images, video, sound, and even 3D. We're building better, smarter, and more controllable tools to harness this medium.

We’ve raised over $83M and are backed by world-class Silicon Valley investors such as Andreesen Horowitz and Bain Capital. We work full-time and in-person at our waterfront office in San Francisco. We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers.

This job:

We’re hiring someone to help us build the enterprise motion with studios, agencies, brands, and innovation teams. You’ll handle the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, pilots, contracts, and expansion. We’re especially interested in people who know creative workflows and tools, and want to grow the sales side with a strong execution mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Build the enterprise motion: qualify opportunities, design pilot plans, set success criteria, and drive multi-threaded deals from first conversation to signed agreements.

  • Run discovery and tailor demos to creative and technical buyers.

  • Be the creative’s partner: map real workflows (storyboards, lookdev, asset pipelines, versioning, review cycles) to where Krea is uniquely strong.

  • Handle the details: pricing and packaging, proposals / order forms, MSAs/DPAs, and security questionnaires as needed.

  • Spin up repeatable systems: sequences, collateral, case studies, references, pricing & packaging feedback, light CRM hygiene.

  • Close the loop: bring insights back to product / engineering; shape our roadmap for control, quality, speed, and collaboration features.

  • Own post-pilot lift: expansion plans, enablement, and partner plays with agencies and integrators.

Example experience and skills we’re looking for:

  • You’ve worked around creatives and understand their workflows (design, motion, VFX, fames, brand).

  • High execution and go-getter attitude - you own scheduling, notes, emails, docs, and you have the agency to keep momentum and close deals.

  • High attention to detail: you go deep on the fine print, spot edge cases, and catch issues before they surface.

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

  • You’re genuinely obsessed with Krea and the creative AI space

  • Past enterprise or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

What we offer

  • Openness to sponsoring international candidates (e.g., STEM OPT, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3).

  • Work alongside a world-class team building the future of AI creative tooling.

  • Significant scope and company-wide impact.

  • Competitive compensation (75th percentile of market) with meaningful equity.
