The RoleCollinear is hiring an Account Executive to help scale our enterprise footprint as we grow toward Series A.
You will own new customer acquisition across AI labs and enterprise teams deploying production AI systems. This includes building pipeline, running discovery, driving technical validation, and closing multi-hundred-thousand-dollar contracts with expansion potential.
We have enterprise traction and a working sales motion. You’ll execute against that motion while continuing to build a meaningful pipeline through outbound, conferences, and in-person engagement.

Build and Own Pipeline
Create and prioritize target account lists from scratch
Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Unify, and similar platforms to identify and engage the right stakeholders
Act on signals, new AI hires, research announcements, conference speakers, and convert them into outbound conversations
Build and run high-quality outbound sequences
Generate Momentum Through Events
Attend technical conferences (COLM, re:Invent, etc.) and generate meetings on the ground
Work events strategically, whether at a booth or in-session, and turn conversations into pipeline
Activate the Bay Area AI ecosystem (meetups, hackathons, curated dinners) to drive qualified opportunities
Run strong cycles
Lead first calls and technical discovery to qualify pipeline
Partner with research and engineering during validation
Maintain disciplined, value-driven follow-ups
Prepare tailored proposals and ROI materials
Navigate procurement, security, and enterprise contracting to close 5+ strategic customers per year
3+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience closing $150K+ ACV enterprise deals
Experience selling AI products
Comfortable selling to engineering, research, and technical leadership teams
Strong outbound prospecting skills and a track record of building pipeline independently
Experience operating in lean environments with high ownership
Strong written communication and executive presence
Nice to have:
Experience using modern outbound tools (Clay, Apollo, Unify, etc.)
Experience generating pipeline through conferences and in-person events

The estimated pay range for this role in California is $150,000 to $300,000 OTE per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role will also be eligible for equity, benefits, and bonuses.
