About the Team

Our GTM team is responsible for driving revenue growth during a pivotal moment in Netlify's evolution. We're no longer just a frontend hosting platform- we're becoming the platform where developers, AI agents, and entire business teams go from idea to prototype to production. As AI lowers the barrier to building software and organizations modernize their development workflows, we're seeing massive demand for what we've built.

This role exists to help us capitalize on this inflection point by driving new business and expansion opportunities across North America, particularly within our fast-growing PLG-to-enterprise motion. We need ambitious sellers who can identify opportunity early, create momentum with technical buyers, and help customers understand why Netlify is uniquely positioned at the center of the AI-powered software development shift.

What You'll Do

  • Own a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, consistently generating pipeline through outbound efforts, PLG signals, and partnership opportunities
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America
  • Build relationships with developers, engineering leaders, digital teams, and business stakeholders to navigate developer-focused sales cycles
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive technical validation and long-term account growth
  • Help customers understand modern composable architectures, AI-native development workflows, and Netlify's differentiated platform approach
  • Leverage product usage data, AI trends, and customer signals to prioritize opportunities and create urgency
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities from self-serve and product-led adoption signals
  • Operate with strong discipline around forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution
  • Contribute to the evolution of our sales motion by bringing energy, ideas, customer feedback, and market insight back into the organization
  • Turn product and AI market momentum into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to technical stakeholders
  • Experience prospecting and building pipeline in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated grit, resilience, and willingness to hustle in ambiguous environments
  • Curiosity around developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, modern web technologies, or technical platforms
  • Preferred exposure to PLG motions, developer tools, cloud platforms, AI tooling, or modern SaaS infrastructure
  • Familiarity with technologies like APIs, frontend frameworks, composable architecture, CI/CD, cloud hosting, or AI agents

This Role is a Great Fit If:

  • You're energized by emerging technology and get excited about conversations around AI and modern software development
  • You thrive in high velocity environments and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to create impact
  • You want to build a career in modern infrastructure and AI, and are excited to help shape the future of how software gets built
  • You're motivated by being part of defining the next generation of AI-native development workflows
  • You enjoy working with technical buyers and can build credibility in developer-focused environments
  • You're drawn to the challenge of turning product momentum into revenue outcomes
  • You want to contribute to scaling a company at a major inflection point
  • You prefer working in a collaborative environment where you partner cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • You're hungry to learn and want to ramp quickly in a rapidly evolving market

About Netlify

Netlify is the most popular way to build, deploy, and scale modern web applications, empowering everyone from fast moving solo developers to enterprise teams. Millions of developers and organizations rely on Netlify as their platform of choice for composing web applications that are production ready, performant, and flexible. Now, as we embrace the next era of software development, we are embedding the same fluid, intuitive experience into the Agent Experience (AX), making it just as simple for intelligent agents to understand, interact with, and act on our platform as it is for developers. Whether your user is human or machine, Netlify ensures the path from idea to URL is seamless, fast, and deeply reliable.

We are a Series D company that has raised over $200M from investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins, EQT, Bessemer, BOND, and Menlo Ventures. As a fully distributed company, we aim to create a company culture where the best idea can come from anywhere and strive to be thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative in our work. If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’re excited to connect with you!

At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Because this role is eligible to participate in Netlify’s commission plan, our hiring range for most US-based locations is targeted at $210,000 - $247,000 in total on-target earnings. Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
