Account Executive Location: United States | Type: Full Time | Setup: Remote | Experience: 5+ years | Pay: $90K-$120K base

About the Role You'll open and grow relationships with the companies that buy from Elios: IT services firms scaling delivery, private equity portfolios on a 100-day clock, and enterprises building on AI. This is a consultative sale. You're offering a smarter way to solve a talent problem, not pushing a transaction.

The right person has sat across from skeptical buyers and earned the second meeting by being useful in the first. You'll know our model cold and explain why it beats the old way without trashing anyone.

What You'll Do

  • Build a pipeline of IT services, PE, and enterprise accounts through outbound and referral
  • Run discovery that gets to the real problem, not just the stated req
  • Tell the Elios story with proof: speed, hit rate, and the bench we eliminated
  • Partner with delivery so what you sell is what we deliver
  • Move deals through procurement and MSAs without losing momentum
  • Own your number and forecast it honestly

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally services, staffing, or technical solutions
  • A history of hitting quota in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale
  • You can speak credibly about technical hiring and AI delivery
  • Strong discovery instincts and the discipline to follow up
  • Comfortable building pipeline, not just closing what's handed to you
  • Houston-based and able to work hybrid

Why Join Us Elios is a different option in a market stuck between overpriced consulting and high-volume staffing. That's an easy story to tell when it's true, and ours is. You'll sell something you can stand behind.

We're growing fast, the comp rewards results, and you'll have a direct line to leadership who've carried a number themselves.
