Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts focused on generative media, driving growth and collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure customer success.
The summary above was generated by AI

fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.

As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.

About the Role

At fal, our Enterprise Account Managers guide some of the world’s most innovative organizations through their Generative Media transformation. You’ll partner with a curated portfolio of strategic enterprise customers each investing heavily in AI-driven creativity and media generation.
As the trusted advisor and primary point of contact across multiple business units, you’ll ensure that Fal’s infrastructure remains the backbone of each customer’s generative media initiatives. You’ll drive account expansion, revenue growth, and long-term success while collaborating closely with Fal’s engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a select portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with a focus on long-term growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to expand adoption and increase consumption revenue.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions.
  • Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze account metrics to uncover trends, surface insights, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer engagements including QBRs, executive briefings, and industry events—to showcase Fal’s impact.
  • Track key developments across the AI and Generative Media landscape to inform customer strategy and product feedback.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams in enterprise environments.
  • Proven record of managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and achieving or exceeding quota for 3+ years.
  • Expertise in designing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deal strategies.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives and navigating large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at leading customer events (CABs, conferences, product launches) and synthesizing
You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Lead with empathy and curiosity. You invest time in understanding your customers’ priorities and how Generative Media can advance their goals.
  • Are passionate about AI. You’re excited by the potential of generative models to transform creativity, media, and business outcomes.
  • Love to build. You thrive in fast-growing environments where you can shape systems, processes, and playbooks from the ground up.
  • Welcome ambiguity. You approach new challenges with creativity, persistence, and an experimental mindset.
