Job Description:
As a founding Account Manager, you will shape the go-to-market strategy for a platform revolutionizing structured hiring. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals with midmarket tech leaders. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a sales playbook from scratch while directly influencing product direction.

What you will do:
Drive the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing midmarket accounts.
Collaborate with leadership to design and iterate on the company's initial go-to-market motion.
Provide direct market feedback to product teams to help shape the roadmap based on customer needs.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of sales experience, specifically within early-stage startups building pipeline from scratch.
Proven track record of selling consultatively into HR leaders or hiring teams at tech companies.
Comfortable with the ambiguity of a founding environment and energized by high-volume outbound activity.
