The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and working with influencers and partnerships to ensure successful activations and deliverables.
Account Managers on the Influencer & Partnerships team support the day-to-day management of client relationships and talent partnerships, helping execute strategic, high-impact marketing campaigns from concept through completion. This role involves coordinating brand activations, assisting with talent negotiations, tracking budgets and deliverables, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading client communications, managing all timelines, and distributing important information to key team members.
- Creating clear KPIs for each influencer marketing project, allocating resources, tracking performance, managing budgets, and re-allocating/strategizing as needed to achieve success.
- Managing data tracking and content capturing; keeping internal/external trackers consistent and up to date.
- Managing influencer relationships within Get Engaged Media’s network and ensuring that appropriate rates are contracted to create compelling content that fits the client’s needs.
- Working cross-departmentally with digital brand management, graphic designers, social media, and content teams to implement marketing campaigns and experiential activations.
- Listening to, identifying, and understanding the needs and asks of the client with a goal of delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
- Analyzing past campaigns and conducting competitive research to make recommendations based on key learnings and current marketing trends.
- Influencer recommendations and compensation negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent relations.
- Proficient in creating proposals detailing a complete strategic marketing plan for clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
- Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs.
