Job Summary

We are hiring a Remote Account Manager to work with a fast-growing marketing agency serving international clients. In this role, you will manage client relationships, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered successfully across digital channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals experienced in client management, digital marketing campaigns, and account growth who enjoy working closely with clients and internal marketing teams.

As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency’s marketing specialists, ensuring campaigns run smoothly while identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned marketing accounts.
  • Manage and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, paid media, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
  • Lead regular client meetings, reporting calls, and strategy discussions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding marketing services.
  • Ensure all client communications and campaign updates are documented in CRM or project management tools.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business goals and marketing objectives.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, or content marketing).
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing performance data into clear insights for clients.
  • Experience working with international clients (UK, US, or global markets) is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
